We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If however you would like to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt for a credit note, exchange or refund. Please request a Returns Form via e-mail. Complete the Returns Form, and send it to us along with the unused item in its original packaging by secure delivery to the address given on the returns form. We recommend that you return goods by recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.
Goods are returned to Trousers London at your own expense. We can not be held liable for goods that do not reach us. Should you wish to exchange goods, then you will be charged for postage and packaging at the standard Royal Mail rates. Faulty goods will be exchanged at Trousers London’s expense. None of these terms affect your statutory rights.
